Almond Butter Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups almond butter1/4 cup vegetable oil1 cup sugar in the raw2 eggs2 T vanilla1 t baking soda1 1/2 t baking powder
Directions
Cream almond butter, vegetable oil, sugar, and eggs.

Add vanilla and stir.

Add baking soda and baking powder.

Form into balls and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture if desired.

Serving Size: Makes 40 - 50 small cookies
