delicious and quick black beans, brown rice, and corn

Ingredients
a can of diced tomaotes, no salt added a jalapenoa link of turkey sausagea bag of Steamfresh southwestern corn, 2 cups cooked Uncle Ben's instant brown rice, a can of black beans with no salt added. (3 1/2 cups) you can make you're stuff fresh if you want, this is just what I use because it's quicker.
Directions
Basically, put the black beans and ingridents in a pot on medium heat with a top, cook the rice, add rice to beans, microwave the corn in the bag, add the corn when it's done. and enjoy. =)
