Hungry Jenny Butter Flour and Sweetener Free Fruit Oat Bars

Ground almonds, 25 grams Oats, 25 grams (instant works fine)Crisco pure vegetable oil, 1 tbspEgg, fresh, 0.5 medium Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp Baking Powder, 0.25 tsp (this was actually 3 pinches worth)Sweet Cherries, 25 grams (or whatever amount you feel comfortably fits in the ramekin)
1) Beat the eggs with the oil.
2) In a separate bowl, mix the almonds with the oats, baking powder and soda. Gently fold in the fruit (or wait and simply press the fruit into the mixture after scooping into ramekin).
3) Add the liquid mixture until combined.
4) Pour into a PAM sprayed ramekin bake at 340F degrees for 20-30 minutes until set. It should still be quite soft on the inside, but they will firm up as they cool.
