Catalina vinaigrette à Loulou

Ingredients
Corn Starch, 4 tspWater, tap, 1/4 cupSalt, 1/4 tsp Paprika, 3/4 tsp Onion powder, 1/4 tsp Granulated Sugar, 2 tbspKetchup, 3 tbsp Vinegar, 1/3 cup Canola Oil, 1/4 cup
Directions
Mix corn starch and water

Add, salt, paprika, onion powder and sugar. Mix very well. Cook for 2-3 minutes in microwave, stir very often with a wisk until it thickens and has a smooth consistency.

Add ketchup, vinegar and oil, mix well, refrigerate and serve.

Gives about 1 cup.
