whole weat tortillascooked black beans with ham hockschredded cheesesandwhich maker
Directions
Place a tortilla onto a hot sandwhich maker. fill one side of tortilla with ingredients-when adding beans make sure as much juice is drained from beans as possible.
Close sndwhich maker and cook until crisp around edges.
