Amanda's Crock Pot Pork Roast

*Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast), 58.24 oz (3.64 lbs)*Garlic Powder*Swanson - Beef Broth 100% Fat Free 50% Less Sodium, 4 cup (one box)*Soup, Lipton Onion soup mix(1 Packet), 1 serving Thyme, dried, 1 tbsp Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp Sage, ground, .33 tbsp
take pork roast out of net
place pork roast in large crock pot with the rest of the ingredients....stir to mix everything together.
cook on low in crock pot for 8-10 hours
stir in a combination of 1 T of cornstarch and cold water to thicken gravy at the end of the cook time.
Makes 25 servings servings (great to cook over the weekend for lunch or dinner for the week)
Serve over brown rice and with a vegetable side of your choice!
