21 oz Ground Beef1/4 cup breed crumbs2 tbsp Parmesan Grated Cheese1 large fresh egg
Mix 21 oz of Ground Beef (Chuck) with 1/4 cup of bread crumbs, 1 tbsp of Parmesan Grated Cheese and on large egg in a bold. Place contents in a 4X8 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cut into 8 equal portions.
