Grammas' Banana Flaxseed Bread

1 1/4 cup all purpose flour3/4 cup ground flaxseed2/3 cup granulated sugar2 tsps baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup egg substitute1/4 cup Rice Dream Soy Milk1/4 cup Sesame oil3 bananas (mashed)1/2 tsp vanilla1/3 cup chopped walnuts
In a large bowl mix flour, flaxseed, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Mash bananas. Add eggs, soy milk, sesame oil and vanilla and mix together.
Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just moistened then add the chopped walnuts.
Grease a loaf pan and pour in the batter.
Bake for 50 - 55 minutes until it is dark brown or until a toothpick inserted into it comes out clean.
