1 Pound of Ground Beef2 Medium White Potatoes (Sliced)1.2 Cup Chopped Green Peppers (Bell)1 Medium Raw Onion1 Cup Carrots, Sliced (can use Frozen or can)1 Cup Green Beens (can use Frozen or can)1/4 cup (2 Tbsp) Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce1/4 Cup waterSeason as you wish.
Chop, slice or dice vegetables. You may also use frozen vegetables. Layer each ingredient, starting with the ground beef. into a 5-quart pot. Cook on high heat and bring to boil. Lower heat to medium and cook about 35 minutes or until meat is completely done.
You may add any vegetables your family likes -- corn, lima beans, etc. Serves 6.
