Arroz con Leche (Rice Pudding)

Ingredients
2 cups of water4 cups of skim milk3 cinnamon sticks1/2 tsp of whole cloves2/3 cup of sugar1/2 tsp of salt1/2 cup of rice1/4 cup of raisins (optional)
Directions
1. Place the water, cinnamon sticks, cloves and salt in a iron pot. Bring to a boil.
2. Bring the heat down to medium and put in the rice. Stir the pot every 5-10 minutes so the rice doesn't stick,
3. In about 20 minutes, the rice should be softened, if not, leave for a couple of minutes. Add the milk and the sugar.
4. Once boiling, add the raisins.
5. Let the rice finish cooking for abuot 40-60 minutes, to your desired consistency.
5. Enjoy!
