2 Large Eggs2/3 Cup Olive Oil2/3 Cup Honey4 Cups Warm Water4 Tablespoons Bakers Yeast2 Tablespoons Morton Sea Salt8-12 Cups Whole Wheat FlourMix all ingredients (except flour) in large mixing bowl. --it works best to have a Bosch mixer-- Then slowly add the flour, one cup at a time until it reaches the right consistency to create dough.Spray your 4 large bread pans thoroughly before placing the shaped bread loaves in them.
Makes four large loaves. Let rise in warm area for 25 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
