2 red peppers 2 med onions1 pkg mushrooms2 med zucchini1 head cabbage 8 stalks celery2 med/lg carrots6 cloves of garlic2 can PC Blue Menu No salt added Diced Tomatoes4 bx PC Blue Menu No salt added Chicken Broth 2 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp Ground Basil 1 tbsp Ground Oregano 1 tsp Black pepper1 tbsp Smoky Paprika .5 tbsp Celery Seed
Dice celery, onions, garlic and mushrooms and saute them in the olive oil for 5 mins. Then add the diced Zucchini and loosely chopped the cabbage and the wet ingredients. Add spices to personal preference. Bring to boil cook 5 mins. Set heat to min or lowest setting and let sit 5 mins.
