20 Skinless Chicken Wings1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1/2t Paprika1t Garlic Powder1/2t Cayenne Pepper1/4t Black Pepper
Split wings at the joint, making each wing into two pieces. Set aside. Combine all other ingredients and use to coat chicken. Refridgerate wings and remaining mixture for 1 hour, and then recoat chicken with mixture. Over bake for 20 minutes, or until done, baste with desired sauce, and return to oven for another 10 minutes to bake on sauce. Recoat wings with remaining sauce and serve. Makes 40 half-wings. Serving Size: 8 half-wings.
