8 oz. low sodium chicken brothi/2 rotisserie chicken , no skin or bonesrinsed can of black beans1 each chopped zucchini, and squashfresh salsa 8 oz.2 large handfuls of fresh spinach
Directions
heat chicken broth while deboning chicken. Add everything to lightly boiling water. Allow to heat. Sprinkle with chees and lime and cilantro. 96 cal. per serving about 8 serving. 12.6 grams of protein each
