Soy Milk pudding

Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks- 3 TSP of Sucralose (powder)- 200ml (8fl Oz) of light Vanilla Soy milk- Cinnamon powder
Directions
- beat the yolks and the sucralose in a cup
- put the cup in boiling water and gradually add the soy milk and lightly stir it.
- cook it for 30 minutes
- fridge for 30 minutes
- sprinkle Cinnamon powder
