Ingredients
2-2/3 c Great Value Oven-Toasted, Old-Fashioned Oats1/2 c Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Soy Flour (35% Protein)30 g (1 scoop) Chocolate Whey Protein Powder with Stevia1/4 c Bob's Red Mill, Natural Raw, Ground Wheat Germ1/4 c Bob's Red Mill, Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal4 oz Great Value All Natural Applesauce1/2 c Fresh Frozen Tropic Isle coconut (thawed)1/2 c Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter1/2 c Honey3 Tbsp Hershey's Cocoa, Special Dark3/4 c Great Value Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Combine Oats, Soy Flour, Protein Powder, Wheat Germ, Flaxseed Meal and Cocoa Powder. Incorporate well. Add coconut and stir until well incorporated.
In micro safe container heat honey and Peanut Butter for 30 seconds. Mix well. Stir WELL (or KNEAD) into dry mix - about 5 minutes! Stir in chocolate chips.
Spray baking pan with Non-Stick Baking Spray. Scoop mix into pan and pat firmly keeping edges even with center.
Bake 350* oven 15 minutes.
Score top into 3 columns, 5 rows while hot, then cut through all the way once cooled about 5 minutes.
