Ingredients
Place peeled & diced potatoes in a lg. potAdd carrotsAdd a head of cabbage cut in even wedgesPour in 1 qt. vegetable broth Cover pot with lid and cook until the 3 vegetalbes are tender. Approximately 20 minutesOpen can of corned beef and put the contents over the veggies in the pot. Add lid; turn off heat. Let sit for 10 minutes. This will heat the corned beef;.An option is to put the corned beef in the pot and cook it with the vegetables. This will the be like a soup with the corn beef spread throughout the mixture.
