Crockpot Chicken Curry

Ingredients
5-6 frozen chicken breastsCurry powder (10 tbsps) or 1 can of curry pasteBamboo shoots (2 cans)Waterchestnuts (2 cans)1 Head of cauliflowerChicken broth, 1 can1 can of coconut milk (Taste of Thai, light)
Directions
Put all ingredients into a crockpot on low for 6-8 hours
When cooked, shred chicken with a fork.
Serve over Jasmine rice or a plate of steamed veggies (values not counted in recipe)
Add fresh basil or green onion
