Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients
1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream1 pint Milk1 Egg, beaten4oz (100g) sugar, 3 ripe Bananas (to purée)1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Purée the bananas in a mixing bowl. Heat milk, egg and sugar to 160 degree's. Chill rapidly.

Add Cream, Vanilla and banana's and whip for 1 minute. Cover with wax paper and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Transfer the whole mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
