This sounds like a good recipe, however look at the sodium... Sure the calories are low, but Sodium can kill your diet just like calories... It amazes me how many people are already eating over 3,000 mg of Sodium using these recipes.. I wonder if you know about the dangers of Sodium? - 5/11/08

This is great. I would also change a few of the ingredients: Sugar free digestive biscuits, frozen fruit, vanilla yogurt instead of cream cheese etc. That way you can make it fit your taste and preferences.

I question whether this actually provides 10 grams of protein. 4 tbsp of cream cheese has only 4g.
Cool Whip's first ingredient is water, followed by hydrogenated vegetable oil, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, and — finally — skim milk. … - 1/27/21

Delicious! I changed a few ingredients to make the sodium count come down and it was still yummy! - 4/9/17

190 calories is not low, and this is full of artificial ingredients. The sodium is high, and the carb count is higher than is recommended for anyone with Type I, Type II, or pre-Diabetes.

The RDA for sodium for a healthy person is 2300 mg, for someone with health issues - 1500 mg. - 6/19/16

Absolutely delicious. Btw sodium is no biggie if you don't eat tons. My sodium intake is less than 3,000 on sparkpeople. Besides I love eating healthier than normal cheesecake ir ice cream or any other desert which has higher amounts of sodium. - 2/22/16

I love cheesecake but I think I'd rather go all out if it's only a single serving. All those reduced fat items taste way less satisfying than the originals, and I can't have sugar-free items. Wouldn't it be better to serve it with fresh fruit? - 2/18/16

This is delicious and so easy! I made a few changes but they were too detailed to put in a comment so I made a makeover recipe under Makeover (cheesecake for One) by Twitchymurdoch. - 12/13/15
