Ingredients

1 cup dry Brown Rice Penne8 frozen meatballsone cup thickly sliced steamed zuchini1 medium tomato sliced into sixths1 tsp cumbled Feta cheese1 tsp dry parsley 6 pitted black olives.Fresh black pepper
Boil or steam sliced zuchini.
Meanwhile bring water to boil for pasta.
Boil pasta and meatballs together for ten minutes.
Test for doneness of noodles.
If ready, drain and place in large bowl.
Add olive oil and parsly and fresh black pepper.
Stir. Add cooked zuchini,
Gently Stir and top with six wedges of tomato and olives.
Top with Feta cheese.
*You may wish to serve this cold over lettuce
