Homemade Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 Cups Rice 2 Large Eggs1 cup frozen peas & carrots (thawed)3 Tbs. Soy Sauce1 Pkg. Kikkomon Fried Rice Seasoning2 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Precook rice on the stove or in a rice cooker.
Add the 2 Tbs of oil to a hot wok. scramble two eggs in oil in wok.
Add rice and mix all together. THen add the vegetables (works best if they are thawed).
Follow the directions on the back of the seasoning packet to preare that. Then place that and the soy sauce in with everyrthing else. Heat until everything is hot.
