Biggest Loser Grilled Pineapple Skewers

Ingredients
9 large slices of pineapple9 metal or wooden skewers1 Tbl fresh chopped mint
Directions
Preheat grill to a medium heat. Skewer pineapple on all 9 skewers. Place the pineapple on the grill and grill each side for 1-2 minutes just to warm and get grill marks on them. Let cool for 5 minutes and place on a plate. Drizzle 1 1/2 Tbl of rasberry sauce over the skewers and garnish with some mint.
