Anne's Banana Bread w/walnuts

Ingredients
4 - 8 sprays of cooking spray3/4 c sugar1/2 c soft butter2 eggs1 c (2 med) mashed bananas1/3 c 1% milk1 tsp vanilla2 c flour1/2 c chopped walnuts1 tsp baking soda
Directions
Set oven to 350 degrees.
Spray bottom & corners of two (2) 8 x 4 loaf pan.
In large bowl, cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Blend in bananas, milk, and vanilla.
In small bowl, combine flour, nuts, and baking soda; mix well. Add dry ingredients to creamed ingredients; stir until all dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour into prepared loaf pans.
Bake for 45 - 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then remove to a wire rack til completely cooled. Wrap & store in refrigerator.

Serving Size: makes 2 loaves of 12 pieces each
