Apple Cinnamon Biscuits

Ingredients
2 cups AP flour2 teaspoons baking powder2 tablespoons Brown sugar1 tablespoon cinnamon3 teaspoons flax seeds3 Tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce1/2 cup Almond milk1 egg whites
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Combiine all ingredients
Roll or press out to about 1/2" thickness
Cut with medium sized biscuit cutter (3" diameter)
Bake for 10-12 minutes until browned
