Nanny's Cornbread

Ingredients
1/2 C whole wheat flour1/2 C barley flour1/2 C rye flour1/2 C oat flour1/2 C white flour3 C corn meal1 C splenda1 tsp. salt4 tsp baking powder12 ounces evaporated lowfat 2% milk1/2 cup water2 large eggs or (3 sm-med. eggs)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Sift all ingredients together, add eggs milk and oil. Mix well with a wisk. Do not over mix. Pour into a large glass dish and bake ufor 35 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Always test with toothpick in the middle of the pan. Serve warm or room temperature. Refrigerate covered in hot weather.
