Chicken Curry

Ingredients
chicken, sweet potato. potato, golden raisins, coconut milk, curry powder, flour, shredded coconut, water.
Directions
Bake sweet potato and potato 400 for 30 minutes to soften
Cut chicken and potato and sweet potato into small pieces.

In crockpot add chicken, curry powder, 6 cups water, 2 cups coconut milk, potato and sweet potato, chick peas and flour.
Cook in crock pot for 2 hours. After cooking stir in shredded coconut and golden raisins. Makes 6 servings.
