Fantastic No fat, No Sugar Cheese Cake, FINALLY!!

Ingredients
1 envelope Knox unflavored Gelatine1/2 cup Splenda1 cup boiling water2 (8 oz of non-fat cream cheese)1 tsp.of vanilla extract1 lemon zest
Directions
1. Mix gelatin with splenda in small bowl, add boiling water and stir until gelatin completely dissolves, about 5 minutes.
2.1 Beat cream cheese, vanilla and zest in a large bowl until smooth, slowly beat in gelatin mixture. Pour into pie pan.
3. Refrigerate until firm. About 3 hours.
