4.5 oz goats milk cheese2 c fresh mushrooms1/2 c almond unsweetened milk2 c egg substitute2 TBSP olive oil1 plum tomatogarlicbasil1 large bell pepper
pre heat oven to 350 degrees
cook cut up pepper and mushrooms in cast iron pan, with olive oil , I added in 2 cloves of garlic an some fresh basil,when cooked add tomato diced, mix egg and milk in bowl cover the veggies in pan with mixture add cheese and bake in oven till cooked through approximately 25 min.
