1 lb. ground sirloin1 cup chopped onions1/2 cup chopped green peppers2 garlic cloves, minced1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed and drained1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce2 1/2 tsp. chili powder1/2 tsp. dried oregano2 tsp. dried basil1/4 tsp. black pepper2 tsp. Cholula hot sauce
1. In a large saucepan, cook ground sirloin, onion, green pepper, and garlic until meat is brown and onion is tender.
2. Stir in beans, undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, spices and hot sauce.
3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered for 30-45 minutes.
