Warm Greek Spinach salad

Ingredients
6 c. fresh spinach1 to 2 T olive oilhandful of almonds or walnuts (optional)1/4 c yogurt1 T honey
Directions
Pour oil in a large pan, heat.
Add spinach (and nuts if desired)
Toss constantly 2 min. to coat and gently wilt Spinach. Remove to bowl.
Combine yogurt and honey. (add a squeeze of lemon if you like)
Pour over spinach.
Mix to coat thoroughly.
Enjoy.
