Healthified Souther Style Corn Pudding

Ingredients
*Creamed Style Corn in can, 1.75 cup*Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 24 tsp *Carnation Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk (12oz can), 8 oz *Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 8 tbsp Nutmeg, ground, .33 tbsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 3 heaping TablespoonsBaking Powder, 1/8 tsp Baking Soda, .1/8 tsp
Directions
blend all ingredients well. Bake 30 min.@ 350, stir bake an additional 30 min. You can sprinkle a bit of nutmeg on the top.

    Would love to have made this but I dont know how much ".1875 cup" is or ".12 tsp" are!! Frustrating. Site needs a conversion chart for some recipes. - 9/4/11

    .12 is and eighth of a teaspoon. (1/8)
    .1875 US cups is equivalent to 3 tablespoons. But they should be HEAPING tablespoons!
