Ingredients
1/2 old fashioned oats1/2 ctg cheese1/2 egg sub1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp baking powderdash salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender/vitamix. Let sit for 5 minutes then cook in skillet. Serve with sugar free syrup.

    This was easy to follow, blending the oats made the mix nice and smooth and I really loved mine. The only thing I added was blueberries. I am going to make this again. - 2/25/21
