Gluten Free Pizza dough (Almond flour)

Ingredients
1.5 cup blanched almond flour 1/4 tsp sea salt (or Himalayan crystal salt) 1/4 tsp baking soda 1 Tbl olive oil 1 egg (or 2 egg whites) 1 tsp herbs Mix all ingredients. Press onto greased pan or between parchment paper. Bake in pre-heated 350 deg F oven for 15-20 minutes.Top and back in oven for about 10 minutes. (Until cheese is bubbly, if used as a topping. Nutrition calculated with 1/2 cup pizza sauce & 4 oz whole milk mozzarella cheese.
Directions

    This was really good, I added parmesian cheese to the dough mix as well and it came out good - a bit crumbly in places, but a good alternative to other things out there... - 1/27/13
