Linda's turkey chili - 25 servings

Ingredients
ground turkeylow sodium kidney beansblack beansorganic diced tomatoesgarlic and herb canned pasta saucediced onionschili powdera bit of sugargarlic salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
chop and cook onions until translucent, add crumbled turkey and brown, salt and pepper a bit if desired. add cannned pasta sauce, diced tomatoes and tomato paste, stir until incorporated. Add chili powder (to taste) and beans (drain and rinsed in cold water). Simmer at least 30 minutes. Taste and add a bit of sugar (if desired) to blend and bring out flavors. Simmer for at least another 30 minutes. Better if simmered longer. Serve hot.
