Ingredients:1 frozen Chicken Breast, no skin,Cheddar Cheese - Sargento Reduced Fat Medium (1 slice)Spinach, fresh, 4 leavesChipotle Pepper Hummus, 2 tbspTomato Sauce, .25 cup
Directions
flatten breast between two sheets of plastic wrap with a meat tenderizer or rolling pin
lay out spinach leaves and spread hummus on top slice cheese into 3 strips and stack on top of hummus and spinach.
roll breast and ties with string in two places.

pour tomato sauce on top of chicken before baking at 375 degrees for about 30 mins
