Italian Sausage with Peppers and Tomatoes

Ingredients
2 cups uncupped Healthy Harvest Penne3 Links Mild Italian Turkey Sauage (12 ozs) cut into half inch slices.1 16oz package of frozen bell peppers and onion stir fry1 14 1/2 can of Italian diced tomatoes undrained1/2 tsp black pepperoptional: kraft 2% Italian Blend Cheese
Directions
Coat Skillet with nonstick cooking spray, preheat skillet on mediom low heat, turn frequently until done.
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain pasta and set asside.
While pasta cooks, follow instructions above for sausage.
After sausage is browned add bell peppers and onions to skillet. Cook 3 mins or until bell peppers and onions are hot. Stirring often.
Add tomatoes and black pepper.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 mins.
Place pasta in a bowl and add sausage mixture and toss.
Divide among plates, top with cheese if desired.
