Ingredients
* Mama Mary's Gourmet Pizza crust Thin and Crispy* pizza sauce, 1/2cup* Onions, raw, 5 rings * Walnut Creek Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, 1 cup* Pepperoni, 8 slice (1-3/8" dia x 1/8" thick) * Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices * Goat Cheese, Soft, 2 oz
Directions
BEFORE STARTING PIZZA PREP, PREHEAT OVEN TO 450F

1. Lightly brush crust with olive oil.

2. Top crust with desired ingredients.

3. Lower oven temp to 425degreesF. Bake on oven rack or cookie sheet (middle position) for 7 1/2 - 10 minutes.
