Ingredients
Directions
Canned Peaches Sliced with Juice -- 2 cupsBlueberries -- 2 cupsSugar -- 2 cupsSelf-Rising Flour -- 2 cups
Melt butter in oblong aluminum pan. Careful not to burn.
Mix remaining incredients and pour into buttered pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Baking time will depend on oven. Insert clean knife, should come out fairly clean (fruits make it difficult to find a clean/done spot in the middle). Your cobbler will be VERY moist and yummy. Serve with vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip for a great after dinner treat. (Leftovers are great for late night snack too!)
