Directions
preheat the oven for 375
cut up all vegitables and water chestnuts then mix two meats together. brown meats in large skillet ( you may choose to season meat at this time -I would not add any salted seasoning though, or it will be too salty) and crumble. add broccoli slaw, coleslaw mix,, onions, minced garlic and celery, just sweat the vegitables a bit, then drain everything. transfer to a large bowl and add egg substitute, ginger, soysauce and bean sprouts. Read egg roll package for instructions on how to roll and care for egg roll wrapper. put 1/2 cup of mixture (drained) on wrapper and roll. spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray, then place eggrolls on sheet , lightly spray tops of eggrolls, then bake for about 11 minutes then turn and continue for about 7- 10 minutes more until crispy.

Very good, similar to my recipe but I use shrimp sometimes, I had never tried baking them before, they come out crisp and tasty. They freeze well before cooking then just pop them in the toaster oven. - 4/15/15

Tonya, have you ever frozen them? I'd love to make a batch, freeze and take a couple to lunch and warm up in microwave. - 5/3/13
