Dry Ingredients 1 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour or 1 1/2 cups white1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/2 cup Cocoa 1/2 tsp saltWet Ingredients 1 1/3 cup of Agave or 2 cups of sugar1/2 cup of refried or 1/2 cup oil2 eggs2 tsp vanilla1 cup low fat milk1 cup hot tap water or water heatedPreheat oven to 325 FCombine dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients mixing the hot water in last. Beat with hand mixer for 2 minutes. Batter will be thin. Pour into 2 - 9 inch round pains or 1 9x13 pan. It makes about 36 cup cakes. Bake cake about 30 minutes cups cakes about 15. Let cool and enjoy .
Bake at 375 for 15 to 30 minutes.
