Creamy Roasted Red Pepper & Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
28 oz shrimp, peeled & deveined3 cloves garlic, minced4 sprays cooking spray4 oz Neufchatel or light cream chees1 jar Roasted Red Pepper & Garlic Pasta Sauce1/8 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Spray large skillet with cooking spray heat on medium-high heat. Add shrimp stirring often. Add garlic. Reduce heat to medium Chunk Neufchatel into several pieces and stir into Shrimp. Keep stirring while cheese melts; add sauce stirring to combine with melting cheese. Thin with skim milk while continuing to stir. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve over 1/2 serving of pasta or gluten-free rice pasts.
