Katee's Hobo Stew

2 or 3 Red Klondike Potatoes2 or 3 Golden Klondike Potatoes1 Vidalia Onion1 can Cut Green Beans (do NOT drain)1 package Hillshire Farm Turkey Sausage or Polska KielbasaMorton's Nature's Seasons (to taste)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Best to use a roasting pan with a lid.
3. Cut potatoes into bite-size pieces. Cover bottom of pan.
4. Dice onion & layer on top of potatoes.
5. Sprinkle Morton's Nature's Seasons over top.
6. Layer green beans with water over top of onions.
7. Cut sausage into 1/4" thick coins. Layer on top.
8. Put lid on pan & bake for about 45 minutes or until done.
Serving Size: Makes 4-6 one-cup servings.
