Ingredients
Rohu fish 500 gmoil 2.5 tbsponion chopped 1 cupgarlic 1 tspginger 1 tspturmeric 1 tspchili powder 1 tsp
Directions
heat oil in a wok, when heated place onion. once onion become brown add all other spices and 1 cup water. make gravy, then add fish . coverd with lid and cook in medium to low heat for 10 min. when oil is up, serve it with rice.
