Homemade Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
2 cups fresh cooked pumpkin puree1/2 cup canola oil3/4 tsp. cinnamon1 large egg2 cups Splenda Granulated No Calorie Sweetener1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice3/4 tsp. salt2 tsp. baking soda2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour an 8 inch bread pan.
Mix all ingredients together beating until smooth.
Pour into prepared bread pan.
Bake 1 hour.

Makes one 8 inch loaf of bread. Cut into 16 1/2 inch slices.

*Watch cooking time as it may vary by oven.
Excellent for freezing.
