Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies Gluten Free

Ingredients
1/4 c + 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar (little less than 1/2 c)1/4 c + 3 Tbsp Organic Cane Sugar2/3 c agave1 1/4 tsp baking soda1 1/4 tsp baking powder1 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 tsp salt3/4 c Olive Oil1/4 c sour cream1 1/2 c canned pumpkin3 c flour (I used 2 c sorghum, 1 c buckwheat + 1 1/2 xanthum gum)1 c chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all ingredients in first section. Add in the pumpkin, flour, and mix until combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Using a small "baby" scoop, scoop out wet batter onto either silpat mat on a baking sheet, or a sprayed pan. (I used the side of the mixing bowl to even out the scoop to be a level scoop).

Bake for 15 minutes.

**Make sure all the individual ingredients you are using are gluten free...even spices can have gluten in them***
