Thin Crust Artichoke, Feta Cheese, Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients
Dough: *Flour, white, 1.75 cup (remove) Salt, .5 tsp (remove) Granulated Sugar, .25 tsp (remove) *Active Dry Yeast, 1.5 tsp (remove) Water, .75 cupMix yeast and sugar into water, set for 8 min. In seperate bowl mix together flour and salt. Mix together and kneed for 2 min on floured surface. Press into pizza pan, poke dough with fork, makes about a 12" circle.Toppings: *Saladena Feta Cheese Crumbles, 1.5 cup Pacific Friend quartered artichoke hearts, 0.25 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 2 medium Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (brush on as sauce)
Directions
Cook at 500 degrees for 8-12 min. Take out when crust is crispy and browning.
