Chipoltle Rubbed Steak Wraps

Sun dried Tomatoe in Virgin Olive Oil (1 tbsp), 2 serving Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 2 tbsp Canned Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, 2 tbsp Flank Steak, 1.25 lb Romaine Lettuce (salad), 3 inner leaf Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1.25 tbsp Lime Juice, 1 fl oz La Tortilla Factory - Low Carb Tortilla, 2 serving Red Pack Whole Peeled Plum Tomatoes, 0.5 cup
Rub chilies onto both side of the steak; place steak in bag and let marinate for 1 HR
Heat broiler for 10 MIN.
Place steak on broiler pan and cook for 4-5 MIN per side for medium-rare. Remove from broiler, transfer to board, and let rest for 5 MIN.
Cut into thin slices across the grain
In a medium bowl, combine lettuce,tomatoes,sour cream, lime juice, mayonaisse, and salt
Heat Wraps and divide mixture between the 4 wraps
