1 lb lean ground beef1 lb cubed pork (or sausage)1 large onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced3 stalks celery, chopped1 large green pepper, chopped1 lb mushrooms, chopped1 cup beef bone broth2 Tbsp chili powder2 teaspoons cumin� teaspoon cayenne pepper1 teaspoon paprika2 teaspoons salt1 twenty-eight oz can �no sugar added� crushed tomatoes 1 10 oz can tomato paste2 cups beef bone broth4 ounces butter2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp. xanthan gum, as needed16 oz Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, braised
1. Brown the meats in a large pot, temporarily remove beef from pot.
2. Saut� onion & garlic in pot.
3. Add all remaining vegetables, cook until just soft.
4. Add all remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
5. Turn down the heat to low; cover & simmer 90 minutes. If you desire a thicker consistency, sprinkle in xanthan gum before serving.
