6 ounces pork tenderloin0.5 cups steamed broccoli1/4 cups roasted red peppers, chopped 2 tablespoons Brown Butter SauceBrown Butter Sauce2 tablespoons unsalted butter1 ounce lemon juicedash saltdash pepper

Directions:
1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; cook until butter begins to brown and smell nutty, about 5 minutes
2. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve right away.
